Poco X3 has been on 22 September, 2020 in India. The Smartphone is priced 16,999 for the 6GB+64GB storage variant, 18,499 Rs for the 6GB+128GB storage model and Rs 19,999 for the op variant of 8GB+128GB storage. The Indian variant of Poco X3 has a larger battery than the one that was released in Europe as Poco X3 NFC. Poco X3 NFC has a 5160mah battery whereas Poco X3 sold in India has a 6000mah monster battery. Fast charging of 33W is also supported. It has IP53 splash-proof certification.  Note that NFC that is available globally in Poco X3 won’t be available in India. The Poco X3 measures 165.3×76.8×9.4mm and weighs 215 grams.

It is offered in Cobalt Blue and Shadow Grey colors. The phone provides UFS 2.1 storage and LPDDR4X RAM. The sale will go in the country via Flipkart on September29, 12 Noon.

Box Content and Phone Structure

Unboxing, you get to see the cool smartphone Poco X3, a 33W fast charger, a USB type-c cable, a transparent case, warranty card and other documents, and a sim tray ejector. On the right side of the phone is the power button cum finger print sensor and the volume rocker. At the top side of the phone is the IR(infrared) blaster and the secondary microphone. There is a hybrid dual sim( Nano ) slot at the left side of the phone and at the bottom side of the phone is the speaker grill, primary microphone, USB type-c port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Display

The Smartphone has a 6.67 inch HDR10 punch-hole IPS LCD display with 120Hz of refresh rate and 450 nits of peak brightness. The display has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9 with 395 ppi. It also has a 240Hz touch sampling rat. The phone has Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. The side of the phone is made with aluminum frame and the back of the phone is built with polycarbonate plastic with a glossy finish.

Custom UI and Processor

The phone runs MIUI 12 which is based on Android 10. The user will not find any ads or bloat ware in the UI of this Smartphone. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-core 732G Soc where 2 cores clock 2.3GHz speed and 6 cores clock 1.8GHz speed. It also comes with a Adreno 618 GPU. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G is slightly better than Snapdragon 730G in terms of performance but a normal user will find it difficult to notice any differences. Anyway it is the first phone to be launched with Snapdragon 732G processor in India and considering the price, the phone comes with a great processor.

Cameras

The Smartphone boasts a 64MP f1.9 Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 13MP f2.2 ultra-wide angle lens with FOV 119 degrees, a 2MP macro lens for close-up shots and a 2MP depth sensor. The quad camera set-up features Dual-LD flash, HDR, panorama and supports 4K video recording at 30fps. The front camera includes a 20MP f2.2 camera sensor for selfies and video calls. It features HDR, panorama and 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Battery, Connectivity, Sensors

The phone packs a 6000mah large battery with 33W fast charging support. It will easily last a day for a heavy user and up to one and half days for a normal user. The charger is included in the box which charges the phone completely in 65 minutes(advertised). Connectivity options include Dual-band, Wi-fi, Bluetooth 5.1, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, infrared port and USB Type-c port. The phone has stereo speakers and 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also equips a side-mounted finger print sensor, face unlock, accelerometer, gyrometer, proximity sensor and compass.
